CareOps Simple staging

This Hostinger environment is for testing with fictional client, employee and service records. Do not enter real care, health or payroll information.

Information stored

The app stores account details needed for sign-in, records entered into its forms, and uploaded or generated documents. Account email addresses and connection information, such as IP addresses, may still identify real people during testing. Essential cookies maintain your sign-in session. The app does not include analytics or session replay.

Hosting and email

This staging site is hosted by Hostinger in Singapore, with hosting backups in Mumbai, India. Account and agreement verification emails use Gmail when delivery is enabled. These services may process information outside Australia.

Access to records

Access depends on your role and current assignments. Owners manage business records; managers see operational information; workers see their assigned shifts and permitted care information. Original submissions, submitted notes and finalised documents are retained separately from later edits.

Shared links and external services

Keep onboarding and agreement links private. Opening a map link sends the selected service address to the map provider.

Questions or corrections

Contact the business owner or the person who invited you to request access, corrections or removal of test information. Requests involving saved originals are reviewed before changes are made. The business’s production privacy notice and retention arrangements must be confirmed before real records are used.
